How long will my order take?
Most orders are dispatched within 7 day using our delivery partner UK Mail.
Why are your prices so cheap?

We buy more, we sell more, we deliver the best trophies, the best prices, the best service and everyone here has a very good week. We have very clear business objectives and we plan on sticking to them and that is why month on month we sell more and more trophies and medals while offering great service to our customers. Can I choose my delivery date?
Yes, we can book you a delivery date any weekday up to 8 weeks in advance, please contact us after you order with your delivery date request, we can also arrange for Saturday deliveries but this is at additional cost.
I run a big club, can I order from you and send on engraving instruction later?
Yes, please order and put "to follow" in the engraving box. We will contact you next working day to work out the fine detail and arrange your engraving production block and delivery.
Once again, please talk to us, we do this sort of thing every day of the year.
Can I order over the phone?
Yes, we can take orders over the telephone, by post and in person, we pride ourselves on making our customers lives as easy as possible. One thing we would say however, it is best to email in engraving instruction, just to avoid mistake, it also makes you check the instruction is correct much better than having it read back to you. Call us on 01763 244116 between 9am and 5.30 Monday to Friday to talk to one of the sales team.
Do you come to meet us at our venue of choice?
We will always do this when we can, however most of our sales team cover the East of England so it can be difficult to arrange meetings outside of this area. However, for the right value order we can at the very least send out samples if not arrange to meet in person.
How can I make payment for my order?
Online orders will give you the option of paying using most major UK credit or debit cards via the Worldpay online payment gateway or PayPal. Worldpay are world renowned for the swift and secure online payment system that they provide. PayPal also offers excellent protection when making online payments.
In addition to this we can take credit or debit card payments over the phone, we take payments by BACS and Bank Transfer as well as Cash and Cheques.
What do I do if I would like some extra information about a product on your website?
Please get in touch, we try to make sure that everything you need to know about our trophies and medals is clearly available online, if it is not email info@trophyUK.net or call 01763 244116. We will then add it to the website just incase anyone else needs the same information.
I cant log into my account, what do I do?

What if trophies on my order are out of stock?
Every attempt is made to avoid this but it is possible, especially with our special offers it can happen on occasion, if it does we will contact you, explain the situation, if more stock is due in then we will tell you when it will be available, if this does not work with your timeframe we will arrange with you a replacement. We will aim to make sure this is all to your satisfaction, we will not just send any old replacement, we have heard some horror stories of what some people do in this situation but be assured that we will look after you.
What if I need to return my order?
First thing to do is contact us, any unpersonalised item can be returned in it's original condition for credit or refund within 7 days of delivery. If an item had been engraved onto the surface no refund will be made unless the return is caused by a mistake by us as a company. The customer must pay the cost of returning the goods, we will refund this if the return has been caused by our error.
All returns must be sent back will original packaging and paperwork. Once your parcel a has arrived with us it will take no more than 30 days, if you made the original payment by credit or debit card we will return it to the same card, if it was made by cheque or BACS the payment will be refunded by cheque.
Under no circumstances will we rent, trade or sell any of your information to any other company. We will not pass it to any third parties no matter how trustworthy and we will not pass on statistic to anyone else. We are dealing with you, we want to build a relationship with you as our customer and we need you to know that is far more important than any short term gain we may make from using your data. We respect your privacy, you will only ever be contacted by us as a result of your order.
