Right, important section this, you have found the perfect set of medals and trophies, worked out that you want engraved, but how and when will you get your hands on them?

how will you get your order delivered?

There are options here, most orders will go out on our standard courier service within 7 days of you ordering via the UKMAIL courier network, we have chosen UK Mail as a delivery partner as the system they use to sort and move our orders, plus our careful approach to packaging should mean that there are very few breakages in carriage. We have found this to be the case over the last two years. Also all order are fully traceable and insured.

Right, thats great but what if I am not in?

If you are not in when UK Mail attempt to deliver then your house will have a card put through the door with all of your tracking information and the details of your UK Mail depot, if you call them or go online to UKMAIL.COM you will be able to re-arrange your delivery. To help avoid this you will get an email or a text message from UK Mail the day before your delivery is due to arrive so you know it is on it's way.

OK, but what if I am never at home during the weekdays because I work?

Not a problem, we can deliver to any UK address so why not have your order delivered to a friend, relative or your work address. We are here to make things easy, we can arrange delivery on a specific day if required.

What if I have a really big order?

If you have a large order then talk to us, we have a large warehouse and we would much rather your order was completed early and nice and safe in our warehouse than in your way in your garage, hallway or spare bedroom.
We have loads of customers who like to get there order in early, and we deliver the week of your presentation. It makes sense, it guarantees that you have the trophies you order (sometimes we can sell out) and if you have a large order we can arrange for one for one of our own vans to deliver to you. This works really well if you need annual engraving collected, we have customers all over the country who we deliver on our van 2 weeks before a large event, collect their annual engraving that is then couriered back to them a week later. There are minimum spends for this service so please talk to us we manage orders like this every week of the year.

You have a special offer or a limited number product I really want but I can't give you the engraving instruction yet and it doesn't need to be delivered until a later date, it that OK?

I get you, sometimes the deal is just too good to miss, your not alone with this, we have people all over the country buying early sometimes 6 or 8 weeks before they need delivery just type "to follow" in the engraving box and we will be in touch next day. Remember once you checkout your stock is safe, it's taken from stock and allocated to you in the warehouse. We have one football league who order in November for delivery in June, as long as our customer is happy then we are so talk to us about your specific requirements.

Can I collect from your warehouse?

Yes of course you can, let us know when you are coming and we will put the kettle on. We would love nothing better than to spend half an hour going through your order with you and helping you load your car. Just choose collect from Royston Head Office and give us 7 days, if your order is ready sooner we will be in touch.

Your express products are more expensive, why is this?

The express 3 day service causes a few logistical challenges, getting your order dispatched the day after order sometimes means that we have to use different couriers or different services, the additional cost to us is reflected in your buy price. It is unfortunate but there is nothing we can do about this, however if you can give us a week you can avoid these prices.

An item has arrived damaged, what can I do?

First thing to do is make sure you report it within 3 days of delivery, anything reported as damaged outside of that time is sadly your responsibility, this rule is put upon us by the couriers. We will get a replacement item sent as soon as possible.
